Are you a licensed therapist looking to pick up some part-time work on the weekend and like the stability of a W-2 position, a supportive, collaboration-first team, and the flexibility of a hybrid schedule?
At Wesley Chapel Counseling, we believe therapists do their best work when they feel valued, supported, and connected. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our practice on a part-time basis with a clear pathway to transition to full-time in 6 to 12 months if you desire!

Clinical Excellence & Collaboration: We prioritize a culture of continuous learning. You’ll have access to regular team consultation, case collaboration, and dedicated stipends/opportunities for continuing education and specialized training.
What You’ll Do:
Provide compassionate, evidence-informed individual, couples, and family therapy.
Maintain a hybrid schedule combining virtual sessions with in-person client hours at our Wesley Chapel office on Saturdays.
Complete timely clinical documentation using our electronic health records (EHR) system.
Participate actively in peer consultation groups, team check-ins, and professional development trainings.
Qualifications:
Current, active Florida License as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (unrestricted).
Must be available to see clients in person at our Wesley Chapel office on Saturdays.
Comfortable delivering high-quality telehealth care alongside in-person therapy.
Strong clinical grounding in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, Gottman, Attachment-informed therapy, etc.).
A collaborative spirit and a passion for community-rooted, trauma-informed care.
